Topsham, Maine is a small town in the heart of Mid Coast Maine located along the coast. The town gets its name from Topsham, England. It was first settled in the late 1600s and lumber and shipbuilding were its earliest economic activities. Today it is a fast growing community and is home to the annual Topsham Fair. The town is easily accessible from either Route 1 or Route 295. The Topsham Fair Mall has many markets, restaurants, and shops.

Hiking and Walking Trails Information.

Bradley Pond Farm Preserve.  A former farm of over 163 acres located in northern Topsham.  Walking trails are open to the public.

Cathance River Nature Preserve.  Public hiking and cross country ski trails can be found on this 230-acre nature preserve.
